I tried melatonin 3mg time released one night and had either an all-nighter (almost never get those--Thank God!) or some kinda of really bad headache that made me never want to take it again. I would like to know anyone else's experiences. Was it just a coincidence? My memory is so bad right now on Sanert & Depakote (I think it's the Sansert) that I don't remember just what happened.
Could it interact with the Depakote? Also, I seem to remember the guy (is it Steve?) who has that clusterheadache page where he talks about full-spectrum lights saying that he tried the melatonin and it gave him shadows when he had been headache free.
Who all has used melatonin? And what happened?
