I had no success with it whatsoever. It just made me feel absolutely extra terrible while in great cluster pain. I am not saying it won't work for some. I poured mine out. Across the board, narcotics have been of no help for me in twenty years of episodic clusters. Indeed, I place all my faith now in injectable Imitrex. To quote a person named Hub, "I would die for Imitrex. I would kill for Imitrex." While that may be a bit much, I WOULD smack my grandma around or put on a stocking mask and knock over a 7-11 for it.
