When oxygen isn't working and imitrex, etc., isn't available, an old standby I use is 4 diphenydramine HCL (Benadryl) tabs and two Jet Alert (caffeine) tabs chewed up and washed down with warm water, which tastes absolutely awful, but with a 10 going on, who notices such things. Then a large bag of frozen corn or a hot, steaming towel, your choice, while chanting praises or curses to Jesus or Allah, again, your choice, all the while, remembering, this will pass, this will pass, this will pass, because it always does.
