Thank you for a great post. O2 has been my savior but cold air is a lot cheaper. Can anyone think of a mechanism for breathing frigid air other than sticking your head in the freezer? Just wondering: Is 42 degrees f. the optimum temperature or is colder better? Does the cold air work to constrict the vessels because it contains more oxygen? Dammit! Now you've got me thinking again--not a comfortable endeavor.
