I said that drinking and smoking are not causative when it comes to clusters - we all know that the most universal trigger when in a cycle or for those chronic is drinking. So cause ( as in root cause ) and triggers are very different.
And please tell me where I have said the self-destructive behavior is macho. In fact if I have used the word macho it was only in jest and pejorative - hate the term.
I am referring to secondary male sex characteristics ( height, broad shoulders, deep voive, beard - all that superficial stuff that the Drs. have been telling us we have an abundance of.)
