During my last attack I was on Sansert daily for about 3 months. I had no side affects but, in this business everyone is different. The Sansert didn't stop the clusters but did take the edge off. I also found it helpful to take something to clear the sinus, like Tavis D. Doc Greg is right, there has been reports of organ damage from Sansert.
