Had many kinds of pain in my life. In all cases ( but CH ) I could see / explain the cause and that usually makes it easy to neglect further warning signals.

As for CH-pain? There's no normal reason for it, the pain sits much closer than a broken arm ( inside your head) and you can't even explain WICH part is hurting. Gues that distinguishes CH pain from lots of other forms of pain and makes it far more difficult to deal with....
It's simply unreasonable.
