If i have to suffer in front of someone. I feel pressure to get it over with. Which makes it harder for me to deal with the HA.
If I can get away. By myself. I can relax, and do the crazy things I need to do to deal with the pain.
The leval of the pain does not go down. But, I can comand control of my situation.
