As long as I can remember, I have had anxiety attacks.
I also have bad nerves most of the time.
A friend of mine was prescribed Xanax and became dependant on it.
I use to take Valium-ALOT!
Also very addicting.
I turn to my herbs now for 'relaxation'.
They are cheaper and I can grow my own!
