i have had headaches for many years now, and when i went to the doctors about these plus some other symptoms he told me that i was suffering from panic attacks caused by stress. well i've been taking them for about a week now and i haven't had a headache, seeings as i used to get them nearly everyday. the side effects i have suffered are cold hands and feet and insomnia, both of which are actually listed in the side effects on the leaflet that comes with the tablets.
