This is just a post to let you know that I filed in July and in apx. 3 months, got approved with no hassels at all. I had heard alot of horror stories, so I wasn't very optimistic . As a matter of fact I was told from them, not to expect to hear anything for 6 months . Well, it went very well and very quick .If I were to guess as to why, I would have to say documentation and a complete history to the best of your memory , and of course a Dr. signature stating that you are disable " at this time ". You also have to be off work at least 6 months prior to filing . If I can be of any assistance to anyone considering, let me know . God bless and painfree days to all of you .

P.S. I sent photo copies, a med. list big enough to sink the Queen Mary , a discription of the ailment ( in detail ) , which made me crindge just reading it , and every test , scan , probe , treatment , procedure , and every cure that I had chased after . Most of which was hand written by me from memory . So, I think the more you send them , the better off you will be . Hope this helped some one.
