I have had floaters since I was in my early twenties (thirty-some years ago) but have only had clusters since 1986. So far, I've only had three bouts, 1986 for 6 weeks, 1994 for 4 months, and this past July 1998 for about 6 weeks. No rhyme nor reason there!
