I am an actress with huge audition anxiety. I asked my doctor if there's anything that he could give me, and he said that several people said that Propranolol helps with stage fright. Now that I'm doing research on my own, I'm getting apprehensive. He only perscribed 10MG. I would greatly appreciate any feedback, before I go into an audition with freaky side affects! Thanks!
