Cluster attacks can occur any time. A change in pattern doesn't seem to mean anything in my case.
I am one of the heat users. Hot air, breathing steam, drinking a hot liquid and holding it in my mouth where the pain in the upper gumline is quite intense are my first line of retaliation toward the "beast."
Ask your doctor about using oxygen to abort attacks. I don't call that a drug, but you do need a prescription to get it for medicinal purposes and to get your insurance to pay for it. (Sometimes this is a battle.)
Best of luck.
