I'm new to board. I had a period of CH's last in Sept. '97. Usually get them every 12-24 months. Haven't had a full blown attach but I do notice one side of head is stuffed up and there is pressure and the area above my eye is starting to ache. these symptoms have only happened on and off for past 24 hrs so maybe it is just a treat and won't be a reality.
two questions:
1) I am very thirsty in the past 24 hours! I drink a 1/2 gallon of water a day and I don't take any preventive medications and noticed this effect during previous attack periods. Anyone else notice this?
2) Anything else I should do to prevent an onslaught of attacks? I've seen the posts about the diffrent treatments and if I do start to get attacks I will let my Dr. know. I don't drink or smoke.
