Contrary to what the others say, I am very affected by rapid changes in barrometric pressure and even going over hilly terrain here in old flat Florida I get attacks set off time and time again.
I think it varies with the individual and the weverity of your personal condition. (IMHO)

Being in a building you might consider the possibility of mold or other contaminates in the air as well as the rapid alt change
