Im a Nicholas but am afraid its death to call me it. My nick name by the way is forehead which seems somewhat appropriate for a clusterhead.
My dad has been a long time migraine sufferer and I am fascinated by the list of 'don't eats' they are given. Has anybody ever produced a similar list that act as triggers for CH sufferers.
As a start here's another one for the odd books - marmite/yeast extract.. I can't even look at a jar without getting a twinge. I suppose there must be a link to alcohol somehow but it's got to be a tenuous one.
