When you arrive at ER during an attack TELL THEM that you have clusterheadaches, but ALSO the Horner's syndrome.
Many paramedic have not the minimum idea of what may be CH. But know more (I hope, almost in Italy! ) about the Horner's syndrome, that's common to many other illnesses.

Why?
Because the Horner's syndrome has the same pupil contraction that have an heroin addicted, from the shot till 2 hours after.
This will avoid you to be confused (and ignored....) as a drug addicted.
