What is Cluster Headache Shadows and/or Aura?

I have been reading many posts about cluster shadows. I was wondering is that the odd feeling after a headache? I call it a negative headache. I have a sensation, not too painful but a strong presence.

Also, I feel a headache coming on between 5 and 15 minutes before I get one. If I take medication immediately, I can abort a nasty headache. I think this is different than shadows.

Usually, during a cycle I feel the shadow when I don't feel the pain. Anybody else know what I am talking about? Is there anything to do about it. It isn't too painful but I don't like it.\
