I know after being on medications for decades and suffering from both migraine and cluster headaches that I am now experiencing rebound headaches. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to break the reoccurance of rebound headaches short of going off all medications altogether? I teach, and going completely drug-free at this period of time is impossible. Suggestions?
