I'm fairly certain we will go on with the Vegas convention. We may have to scale it back some but it will happen. I too am disappointed with the response. We had over 360 people respond to the OUCH2000 button at the top of the page and say they were interested. When it came time to put up, they all shut up. I e-mailed each one of them telling them the convnetion info/registration was on the web site. Not one of them signed up, yet.
Well we live and learn. Make it as easy to get to as possible. Don't have it in summer so those from other countries don't have to pay the huge airline costs of summer. Keep it cheap and informal. Only believe one tenth of the people that say they are coming!!!
On the bright side, I'll have a lifetime supply of OUCH t-shirts!
