I have had CH awaken me and I ran to the toliet and hurled. I think it was because I was so upset that a cycle had started out of the clear blue and I knew of the HELL that was to come for the next two months.
Does your headpain cause your nostril to run(on the side of your pain) does it cause your eye to droop? Does it feel like a whitehot razor fine blade slicing and turning through your brain into your eye or down to your teeth and plunging and retracting with no discernable rhythym?
Is the pain so exquisitely intense that you ask for your Higher Power to please come take you because you can't endure the pain any longer and yet you do as the demon turns the heat up to a delicious intensity unequalled by nuclear fushion, and laughs heinously as you scream in tortured anguish while trying to pop your own eyeball from it's socket with the heel of your hand while pacing and dancing and falling only to get back up because the pain is worse on the floor no it's worse standing no it's...the wall. I'll bang my head on he wall...oh please can I die...
if he answer is yes, then I'd say that you probably have CH and I'm sorry for that.
