Janis, You don't know how good that sounds. Just thinking about my life without the constant pain is unreal to me right now. I've lived with it so long, I can't even remember what it was like NOT to hurt.
I can live with numb and a HA occasionally. I could handle them pretty well while they were episodic, but since they went chronic, I'm just worn out.
I am going to Houston on Feb. 3rd and hopefully will have wonderful news to post when I return. I had a long talk with God (and I'm not a religious fantic so that's not where I'm coming from), and I promised Him if he'd let me get through this without too much damage, I'd work my rear off to try to help get some CH research done so maybe others wouldn't have to go through this HELL. Guess I'll have His answer after the 3rd.
