There is a strong genetic predisposition to migraines if anyone in your family has them. There is NOT, however, an established connection with cluster headaches.
Although I am sure there are casses where it runs in the family (I'm very interested in Andrea's posting), this is rare.
In a nut shell, don't worry about it.
