But you suggested that someone go out there and find out what was meant? I suggest that since you put that thought out there that you check it out. I will blame the CIA and the NSC and the executive branch and legislative branch for basically anything. But I want total truth to my clusters. So, if you believe that the CIA can cause them, hence having that much info on them, I suggest that you do the research that you ask of others.
