Two quick thoughts.
Have you asked DJ whether he might be prepared to send it out to his full e-mail list of ch.com visitors? I know what it's like persuading people to fill in a survey!!
Over here we pay for telephone connection in many cases. It might be worth suggesting that people open the whole survey up in several windows by right-clicking, log-off, fill in the form and then submit all at once by logging on again. Might help in cases where someone is reluctant to stay connected for a long while, and make them feel they can give due consideration to the questions!!
