After reading The post I feel lucky and guilty at the same time. My opiate therapy (and of course Dr.) allows me to take Actiq (A quick acting pain reliever sucked on over a period of 10 minutes. By the time I am done and if I don't have a Migraine already on tap, It will take a 10 down to a 3 without even feeling groggy. My Dr. is trying to get this technique published GOOD LUCK MIKE L
