Megan, yes, your query has been noted, even the first time, some days back, and the Q will certainly address all sorts of triggers and conditions that might contribute to CH cycles or individual attacks.
I know this, for Benny Sue is working on this Q, and working very hard, for if you want anything of this size to really work, you don't throw it off in one afternoon.
Please be patient, and don't expect too much too soon. Cluster haedache is a wily coyote, not easily caught.
