I'm new here and I'm sure this comment will sound naive and it probably is, but I'm hearing that alot of physicians seem to be unconcerned and uncaring about this situation. I'm shocked! Can't this be reported to AMA or something? I had not been to a dr. in many years but I went this year because I couldn't take it anymore. I went in with a "repair" list of 3 items. HA was at the top. I feel a dr. is strictly a mechanic for the body... yes, some specialize... but I own the car. I expected to be a partner in this treatment and I am. He works for me! I am saddened to find out that there are those physicians that don't work this way! I don't like the arrogance of alot of drs. (which is why I don't go to them) and I guess I was just lucky to find this guy. I think physicians have an obligation to treat a patient completely. If they don't like what you brought them then they should say they can't work with you from the get go. Ok... I'll get off my soap box. There still otta be a law...
