Been there already, and sad to say for me, my once a year cycles increased last year to three cycles, one lasting almost 4 months, and the other two lasting each almost 2 months. This year I've been luckier and have only had two cycles. But the frequency, not withstanding, was not the biggest issue, the amount of pain increased as well.
