Who Still Sells Ergotamine?

I'm a 36 yo female who suffers from both migraines and clusters. (What I did to deserve this, I have no idea; maybe I was a really yucky person in a past life.) I have pretty good luck with ergotamine (especially when I usta be able to get it in an inhaler), but have been having a devil of a time finding it since the advent of the triptans.

A company called Geneva makes a generic ergotamine tablet which has altogether too much caffeine in it (100mg/tab), and I would dearly love to find some other form which hasn't got so much caffeine in it. When it's 11PM and a headache is coming on, taking a mouthful of caffeine is a pretty dorky idea.

I only recently acquired some Migranal, but was horrified at the price ($20/treatment).

I sure would be grateful if someone could tell me other companies which carry forms of ergotamine which haven't got so much (or any!) caffeine in them. And I prefer NOT to use suppositories, because people seem to think me rude when I stop and push one up my butt in their presence. (I'm kidding, of course, but trying to deomstrate the uselessness of suppostitories in many situations).

Thanks for any tips!
