At my annual physical, a few years back, the doc at the Health Center said when he found out I had CH, "I used to get CH. Went away when I quit smoking."
Like you said, all docs tell their patients to quit.
At the CH convention a couple of months ago, out of about 30 people, there were only 2 or 3 who didn't smoke.
