Leslie, Yes, I have clusters that last for over 3 hours, multiple times a day, for 17mos. Yes, I have thought of suicide...probably a few people have. I guess they nickname them, the "suicide headaches" for a reason.
I'm not sure of Emma's circumstances, though I'm not sure how many people can survive these monsters for 32years; let alone 1 year chronically.
