$18.00 for the tank rentals are about right on. However the 67.00 per month is way out of line. Most Ins. providers give you a tank and the regulators for a up-front fee. after that you then get the E-tanks. I'd ask my Ins. person why you have to pay for a rental. I own mine. I paid something like 200.00 but then, that's it! Linda
