However. I've been hearing about candida since I got here so about 6 months ago I changed my diet to avoid yeast and ate lots of yogurt with that snufflufugus stuff in it (or whatever it's called. I can't remember it now). I did this for a couple of months and no change in my attacks. This, however, doesn't mean it's not worth looking into even more as one person doesn't make up a very good study.
