As stated above, my current cycle seems to be drawing to a close. The headaches are less frequent, and further down the Kip scale.
This cycle only lasted 1 week, instead of the usual 4. It consisted solely of the peak period of a normal episode - the really sore week.
I don't know if the 7 Liberty Cap I took last Tuesday had any bearing. However, I do attribute the short duration of the episode to the shrooms I took a few months back for preventative purposes. I'm only sorry that I didn't take more at the time! I now believe that the best time to take the shrooms is right at the start of the cycle. I also believe that the best dose is bettween 15 and 20 Liberty Cap , or the equivilant. This last time I only took 10, and they weren't preserved as well as they should have been.
I would be wary of taking the shroom prevention treatment more frequently than is actually required. That's just a hunch though.
The only dissapointment I have had so far, is that the shrooms haven't helped August's condition any. My fingers are still crossed for you August, and I hope that they might still kick in yet - better late than never.
