I have quit going to my neuro. He reffered my to a pain managemnt Dr. (Anesthesiologist). The Pain Dr. worked with him for almost a year then we decided to just stay with the pain Dr.. Using opiates (methadone) I have gottem trmendous relief after being chronic for 5 years. Instead of 4-6 a day each lasting 3 hours I now get 4-8 each week with relief in 20 minutes from an Actiq sucker. (used for cancer breakthrough pain). Good luck Mike L
