Yes, for some of us, we have what is called Horner's syndrome along with our clusters. The symptoms of this are as follows: Swollen upper eye lid, running nose, constricted pupil, all this is on the affected side of the clusterheadache. This swelling in the upper eye lid can become permanent. MaryD
