My neck sounds like a popcorn machine right now and I am having Clusters big time. They always feel like they start in the back of my neck and go to the base of my skull and then hello it's cluster time. I have been using the Capsaicin cream on my neck three times a day and I think it helps. I have noticed the clusters getting shorter also. The stuff burns so start with a little do not glob alot on till you are used to it.Maybee some other ones would work like Flexall but I have only tried the Capsaicin because it was a left over from another experiment I read about- up the nose- thats worse that a cluster. t
