Depending on whether or not someone has silver fillings, this is how I describe clusters:
You know how it feels, when you get a little piece of aluminum from a gum wrapper or the likes on your filling and you want to jump through the ceiling? With a cluster, it feels as though someone has put a big ball of aluminum foil between your teeth (on your fillings)and won't let up for about an hour and a half. That is the intensity of cluster pain for me!!!
