Vent away, Jennifer! That's one of the primary purposes of the group. Give your verapamil a chance, sometimes it works right away for me and sometimes it's a week later that it kicks in.
I'm always proud to hear that anyone is finished a round of prednisone -- I consider it the drug from hell!
