But if you got em, this is the only place to be. There are no "rules" to posting here. If you read all the posts you'll find more info here then your neurologist will share with you in a lifetime. I too use oxygen therapy to abort mine. I also use lithium when my cycle starts as this substantially reduces the frequency and the intensity of my headaches. Like sailpappy said, read everything to the left and again, welcome to the family!
