After the show for CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. 48 hours had no idea, when they taped this segment, that there would ne a mob of clusterheads coming at them from all directions. We need to make sure that we comment graciously and with tact. Remember the old adage(sp?) "you get more bees with honey...". To get their attention (which we already have), and then formulate a strategy to follow up with, would be nore effective then bombarding them with mail and turning them off. Let us work on a plan rather than reacting out of haste or "cluster frustration".
