In my worst time since I became chronic I was getting 5 a day. Each one lasted 3 hours. The worst I have had was 7. (There wasn't enough time for more. It was basicly 21 hours of pain in a 24 hour period. I will generaly have a second attack within 1/2 hour of finishing the first. Thanks to my meds I am now getting 10 or so a week and being able to control the pain within 1/2 hour. Never give up, never. Thanks Mike L
