I had been suffering with severe sleep apnea for most of my life and CHs for the last 15. I went to a sleep clinic and was told to use one of those positive airway machines. That was 16 months ago and I haven't had a headache since but I had skipped a year of my regular cycle (before the machine) so it's hard to say if this is a cure.
