Bless you both! Flash for posting your findings on CH so that my husband could benefit from your research and finally find relief after over 20 years of hell with CH's and for posting the link back here as well.

... my most heartfelt admiration and affection! It has been hell trying to get our hands on the shrooms for his treatment. It has been hell to get our hands on the money for the shrooms. But we were blessed to have our own "angel" who helped us out... I know beyond a doubt that he saved my husbands life by doing this. I know beyond a doubt that you too will be the thread that helps someone else on the edge to hold on and live.

Clusters are the worst nightmare I can imagine going through. It is awful to watch and I cannot imagine going through one myself. I suffer from Migraines and not until I witnessed one of these did I think there was a worse pain than a Migraine. I was so wrong! These things are the most unbearable, horrific agony I think one can endure.

My husband has tried every medication known with sometimes devastating effects. He suffered a heart attack from the Imitrex injections, liver and kidney damage from other stuff, not to mention the mountain of debt accumulated paying for all the different drugs. NOTHING and I do mean NOTHING worked for him. He was literally at the end when he accidentally found the CH website and read about the shroom treatment. He was desperate enough that if someone had said "hammer a spike into your eye, roll around in acid and run through burning coals and your CH's will go away" he would have done it. Suicide was never far from his mind in the midst of this agony. NEVER when not in pain, but when in the middle, all he could think of was just to end it, anyway he could.

The shrooms saved his life! In turn Flash gets the credit! You were ONE of our angels!

I know that somewhere out there, thanks to your kindness and selflessness, someone else will survive and go on to live a "normal" life...

I don't think there's anything I need to add to this. The lady is pretty eloquent.
