Excedrin Migraine, which apparently works for at least some clusterheads, contains 250 mg each of Aspirin and Acetaminophen (Tylenol) as well as 65 mg caffeine.
I was skeptical at first using Excedrin Migraine, but it works surprisingly well, especially for an over-the-counter medicine.
I don't know anything about using aspirin as a prophylactic, however.
