My advice would be to cease all other treatment, and allow the body a couple of days to clean out before trying shrooms or LSD. These are powerfull drugs, and probably work better without interference from other substances. They certainly should not be mixed with triptans (Imitrex), methsergide (Sansert) or ergotamine (Cafergot). I would not take them with beta blockers or calcium channel blockers either.
To maximise the chances of success take them on their own.
