I have come across a few articles about infants having CHs through my research, and from what you describe, it does sound (unfortunately) like he very well may have them. This is a rare condition to begin with. The fact that he developed them so young makes him a really rare case. Since it's pretty new research looking into infants with CHs they don't know if these people will outgrow them at a relatively early age or are more apt to outgrow them. Let's hope he does.
It's sad when someone so young gets them because they really have no outlet to talk or vent about it until they master their communication skills better. And that someone so young has to even know there is that much pain in life really is a travesty.
