Chronic paroxymal hemicrania. Just like CH in symptoms and pain level except the headaches are more frequent (8 or more per day), and are shorter in duration, minutes instead of hours). Indocine (a strong, perscription version of ibprophen) is 100% effective in treating it.
It's such an easy thing to rule out, I'm always amazed that every doctor doesn't try indocine first just to make sure it's CH.
Just a thought when you said some of the HA's only lasted a few minutes.
